Octogonal Procedural Table
This procedural piece of furniture is made up of 5 pieces, designed to be CNC cut. The parameters allow for different configurations and different functions. By changing the overall dimensions and the spacing between the top surface and the shelf, the table can morph from a nightstand, to a console, coffee or side table. The algorithm takes care of laying the pieces flat and finds the optimal packing on a custom-sized sheet of material.
